If you sign up for the free checklist, we collect your email address to send it and a few short emails about running a cleaning business. Your email is stored with our website host (Netlify) and our email provider. We don't sell or share it. You can unsubscribe at any time, and ask us to delete your data through our contact form.

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which handles your payment details. We receive your name, email and order details to provide your download.

Refunds

If the guide isn't useful to you, contact us within 14 days of purchase through the contact form for a full refund. No questions asked.
